The APOLLONIS 420 is a versatile addition to the straw bedder and all-fodder feeder lineup, offering a unique feature: the ability to enable or disable the chopping function. This flexibility allows the machine to handle various tasks seamlessly—whether spreading short straw in cubicles, laying long straw for bedded packs, or delivering long-fiber fodder like hay and haylage.
Its advanced settings are conveniently controlled from the tractor cab through a hydraulic counter-knife system. This system adjusts the cutting length of dry materials to as short as 4 cm, depending on its position. In its raised configuration, the centrifugal force activates ejector vanes that efficiently project long straw up to 15-17 meters or evenly distribute fodder such as silage, hay, or haylage with remarkable precision.
